How Does It Work?
You report incidents as you see them. Dogs without callers, run-over animals, birds with broken wings, etc. Alerts are immediately sent out to all available rescuers in the area: wildlife rehabilitation centers, on-call vets, municipal agencies, and independent experts. As resources are marshalled on behalf of the animal, you will be alerted to the progress of the rescue. You may choose to remain on the scene and assist, or to report the problem and continue on your way. Regardless, be assured that every effort will be made to help the animal in need.
Injured Animals are picked up and taken to the nearest participating animal hospital or wildlife care facility.
Lost pets are logged into the missing animals network. Neighborhood watch groups are alerted, and local animal shelters are apprised of the animal's description. If an animal matching the description is found anywhere near the reported vicinity, these participating groups will know to contact you, directly.
Abused or Neglected animals are reported to special agencies for follow-up.
Threatening or Nuisance Animals, domestic or wild, are also referred to participating organizations for investigation and assistence.

Organize a Neighborhood Watchgroup
Through our innovative geomapping process, you can define your own search grids, name your own watch groups, and assign members. You can also allow anyone in the search grid to automatically join your watchgroup, and help respond to any lost pet or injured animal. It's a fun way for friends to look out for each others pets. Set up a watchgroup in a 10 block radius. The next time your cat goes missing, you report it, and 30 texts go out to neighboring houses. It's that easy.
